Education System in French Polynesia
French Polynesia is an overseas country of French Republic, which is made up of many Polynesian Islands. The Education System of French Polynesia is similar to that of France. Education is compulsory till 16 years of age.
It is important to note that the public schools are funded by the government, which also includes a few numbers of private schools owned by the church. French Polynesia also includes several vocational institutes and colleges for Higher Education.
