Concierge Career

Concierges are guest service workers and cater to the needs of guests in the hotels, so if you have good customer service skills and knowledge of local area, tourist attractions, restaurants and transport services then consider becoming one. They typically work in hotels, apartment complexes, clubs and restaurants and offer advice and information about services and locations in and around their establishments.

A concierge can become a hotel guest's social adviser, personal confidante, and all-around information provider, with knowledge of everything from antiques to zoos.
