Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is located in the Lesser Antilles chain of the southern area of Windward Islands. The Education System in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is different from many parts of the world, as it is neither free not compulsory. However, children study at least till the age of 15. The country has a decent enrollment rate of students in schools.
Educational framework in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is comprised of three levels: primary education (seven years); two-phased secondary education (first stage for five years and second stage for two years); and tertiary education (minimum of three years for college degree).
