Human Resources Specialists

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale. The HR Specialist supervises and leads the support staff of the HR unit and work in close collaboration with the Program, Operations, and Project teams in large business ensuring successful performance in HR Management. Many specialists are trained in all human resources disciplines and do tasks throughout all areas of the department.

  • Recruitment specialists, sometimes known as personnel recruiters find, screen, and interview applicants for job openings in an organization.
